L mix can be fed to horses and ponies in rest or light work. It is low starch, low calorie and high fibre in addition to having no added sugars, molasses or cereal grains. Containing alfalfa increases the fibre levels as well as the chewing time which is good for horses and ponies on a restricted diet as it helps in the healthy maintenance of the digestive system. Quality vegetable proteins and unsaturated oils help provide essential nutrients. Additionally yeast provides a rich natural source of vitamins and minerals. A unique blend of high quality herbs used specifically for their beneficial hoof health properties complement the other ingredients. L mix also contains a blend or pre and probiotics to aid in healthy gut function. Recommended to feed damp.
Instructions for use:
Always introduce a new feed to your horse gradually increasing to the amount needed to maintain condition depending on age, size, type, conditions and workload. Damp well before feeding and feed with forage and fresh water. Do not feed to sheep.
To get the best results from L mix do not feed with any other products containing barley, molasses or any other ingredients high in starch and sugar.
